In the next few weeks, you will be receiving a letter, 6 tickets and a self addressed envelope in the mail regarding the upcoming Diamond and Ice Rock Night.  The event features music by Boogie and Yoyo’z and is cosponsored by WAYHA and Waupaca Little League Baseball.  The event will be held on June 22, 2012 from 8:30 to Midnight at the Waupaca EXPO. 
 
Similar to past years, we are asking each WAYHA family to sell these 6 tickets at the cost of $5 each (total $30).  The tickets will cost $8 at the door.  If your family is not able to sell the tickets to individuals, we ask that you purchase them and enclose $30 for tickets and consider giving the tickets away to someone who would enjoy attending the event.  With only a few fundraising WAYHA events throughout the year, your participation is important in helping keep our registration and other hockey related costs down.
 
Our goal is have WAYHA and Waupaca Little League Baseball each sell at least $1000 of presold tickets.  All proceeds will shared between these two youth organizations.   If you have questions, please contact Bob Menzies at ( ).
